Turn business expertise
into the power to build.

GenXus is building an AI solution architecture platform to help businesses turn operational knowledge into working solutions. We are seeking $500,000 in pre-seed funding to advance an existing private platform toward a bounded beta.

Investment thesis

The gap is between business knowledge and execution.

AI capability is advancing. The ability to turn a business need into a complete, usable solution remains uneven.

Organizations depend on people who understand their industry, exceptions, and operating realities. Those experts often cannot translate what they know into requirements for a technical team—or into instructions that lead AI to a reliable result.

Our thesis: making solution architecture accessible is a path to making AI more useful across the business. GenXus aims to connect understanding, decisions, and implementation in one product experience.

Why this product, why now

Make more of the business accessible to AI.

Our thesis is that stronger models create a larger opportunity for software that helps people put them to work.

A business leader should not need to know which technical questions to ask before they can get help. GenXus is designed to start earlier: establish the business context, identify missing requirements, and explain the choices.

The intended differentiation is continuity from discovery through execution. A useful answer becomes an approved plan; the plan becomes work that can be built, evaluated, and improved.

Market entry

Built for complexity. Valuable wherever work gets stuck.

Large enterprises are the design starting point: interconnected systems, institutional knowledge, multiple stakeholders, and consequential changes. Those demands shape the product ambition.

Smaller businesses face the same translation problem with fewer specialist resources. Our long-term opportunity spans organization sizes; the initial execution plan stays focused on a bounded workflow with clear acceptance criteria.

The starting use cases include operational workflows, inventory and fulfillment, and software decisions. The first funded evaluation will select a specific workflow and buyer rather than attempt every industry at once.

Development progress

An existing development asset, with the next milestones clearly defined.

BUILT & OPERATING

A private platform.

Months of founder-led software development, a working sandbox, and an ongoing build-and-review operation. Internal development activity was observed in an October 23, 2026 review.

EARLY LEARNING

Business-led discovery.

Founder experience, informal product testing, and an inbound business inquiry have helped sharpen the problem. These are early signals, not signed pilots or customer traction.

NEXT TO ESTABLISH

Repeatable external outcomes.

Measure whether business users can complete a selected workflow, how much assistance they need, and the quality, time, and total cost of the result.

Current stage: pre-revenue, pre-beta; no live customer deployments. Internal development evidence establishes work in progress, not enterprise readiness or independent performance validation.

Why this founder

The founder understands both sides of the gap.

Andrew Naron
Principal solution architect.
Small-business owner.
Hands-on builder.

Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience with complex business systems and has been a small-business owner-operator since 1999. His work spans architecture, data, integration, automation, and reliability.

He is developing GenXus to make more of the judgment and execution involved in solution architecture accessible through software. That combination connects enterprise requirements with the constraints smaller businesses face.

Commercial direction

A path from founder-led delivery to repeatable software.

  1. 01

Work close to the business problem.

AAG consulting is the initial commercialization and product-learning channel. Founder-led engagements can surface requirements and delivery friction; customer data or work is used for product development only with appropriate permission.

  2. 02

    Prove a bounded product experience.

Evaluate one workflow with external users and predefined acceptance criteria. Separate software performance from founder assistance and measure both.

  3. 03

    Establish the repeatable commercial model.

Test willingness to pay, support needs, and deployment economics before expanding. The objective is recurring software revenue, with pricing and packaging to be established through evaluation.

The round

$500,000 to advance the platform toward a bounded beta.

Fund dedicated execution.
Evaluate real workflows.
Build the evidence for expansion.

The six-month execution plan covers founder compensation and employer costs, company formation, legal and accounting work, compute and equipment, and finance and rollout support.

The current base model plans $301,000 in spending during the first six months, leaving $199,000 for subsequent runway. That balance is not a committed compute budget. Cloud credits, revenue, and later financing are not assumed in the cash baseline.

The detailed cash model and assumptions are available for investor review.

Execution plan

Milestones that make the next decision possible.

MONTH 1

Define & reproduce

Select the first workflow and evaluation participants. Set acceptance criteria, establish a baseline, and reproduce the workflow in a fresh environment.

MONTHS 2–3

Evaluate with users

Measure accepted outputs, founder interventions, time, total cost, and recovery across all attempts. Use the results to prioritize product work.

MONTHS 4–6

Deliver a bounded beta

Test repeatability, willingness to pay, and deployment and support requirements. Use the evidence to decide where to expand.

Planning targets after funded transition. Customer production deployment depends on engineering results and the buyer’s requirements.
