The GenXus platform

Business understanding.
Technical execution.
One continuous journey.

GenXus is being built to carry the work of a solution architect into software—from understanding the whole business request to planning, approved implementation, and improvement.

A conversation is the beginning. A working solution is the goal.

Your people know the operation. GenXus is intended to help them act on that knowledge.

The product starts with business questions: what happens today, where it breaks, who depends on it, and what success would look like.

Its intended role extends beyond generating an answer. It connects discovery and technical choices to an implementation plan, then carries approved work toward delivery.

The experience we are building.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand workflows, business rules, exceptions, existing systems, and constraints.

Target outcome: A shared definition of the problem and success criteria.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

Compare process improvements, existing products, integrations, and custom software. Surface setup, recurring, and support costs.

Target outcome: Options with explicit assumptions and understandable tradeoffs.

  3. 03

    Plan & approve

Ask the questions needed to turn a chosen option into a specific scope. Establish responsibilities and approval checkpoints.

Target outcome: An implementation plan the operator can review and approve.

  4. 04

    Build & improve

Implement the approved scope, evaluate the result, and support changes and troubleshooting over time.

Target outcome: A working solution assessed against the business need.

This journey describes the product direction. It is not a claim that every stage is ready for unattended customer production use.

Designed around enterprise demands. Accessible in business terms.

COMPLEXITY

Fit the existing business.

Account for systems, dependencies, specialized processes, and the people who own them.

CONTROL

Make consequential choices explicit.

Keep scope, spending, responsibilities, and implementation decisions understandable and subject to approval.

ECONOMICS

Measure the whole outcome.

Evaluate quality, time, human assistance, and total delivery cost. Efficiency matters when the solution works.

Where development stands.

Existing platform. Private pre-beta development.

The software and development operation exist today. External beta, enterprise deployment validation, and repeatable customer outcomes are the next milestones. GenXus is not yet publicly available.

What should work better?

You do not need a technical brief. Bring the workflow, the frustration, or the idea.
